Our client, an engineering firm in Turriff, has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to develop a career in finance as full training will be given.
The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills - specifically MS Excel. They will offer excellent communication and administration skills, along with an eagerness to learn. Experience in a similar role is ideal, but not essential for this post.
Key duties will include:
·Providing general administrative support to the finance team
·Collating and processing invoices
·Updating/inputting on SAGE
·Processing travel invoices
·Dealing with petty cash and company credit cards/expenses
