Our client, a long established FMCG company in Fraserburgh, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Company Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant with a strong track record in a similar role, eager to continue in their professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
·Preparation of monthly management accounts for the Group.
·VAT (monthly) for the Group. Reconcile VAT and prepare returns.
·Prepare "To Do" list for monthly ARM (Admin Review Meeting) and ensure that staff are achieving points.
·Ensure holiday cover in place for key jobs.
·Assist in preparation of Group budgets and forecasts.
·Preparation and maintenance of the Group's fixed asset register.
·Prepare P&L variance analysis and Balance Sheet reconciliations
·Be available to carry out any tasks as specifically required by the group Finance Manager and the Finance Director.
·Submission of OFNS statistics.
·Co-ordinate delivery logistics
